NCMA CHAPTER - TIDEWATER

NCMA Tidewater Chapter is a management organization of our senior civilians dedicated to the principle that the interests of this country can best be served by a strong Navy. We believe that the strength of the Navy depends largely on the degree of the competence and attitude of our civilian leaders and the working relationships between us and our military officials.

The Tidewater chapter of NCMA is open to GS-12 and above employees. The desire is to establish a foundation from which to build a strong NCMA membership of civilian employees to reach its goals of building beneficial relationships between civilian leaders, the military and the community. We will do this through a series of business meetings, guest speakers, workshops, luncheons and social activities.

The focus for the 2017 – 2018 year will be to:

1) Develop and strengthen our chapter

2) Strengthen influence and relevance with command, local, state, national and business leaders

3) Participate in Community Outreach Activities.
